1st round interview, chatting with 1 partner; there will be a second round with other partners after passing the first round Not sure if there is a written test though

There are two rounds interview. The first round is an interview with a consultant and HR manager. After that they will give you a written test comprises of three questions. If you pass the written test, you will have another panel interview with the managing partner.
