it was an easy interview process. there was an exam and interviewed by GM then by the head of the organization. the questions were basic too so it was not really hard
the process is easy but the company is old fashioned. there were tests and also interview but very casual. nothing special. the people are okay and seems like they are happy with working in the palce

I was considered for the position because I had experience writing for them on a freelance basis. Editor- in-chief did the interview. It was fairly easy. I was just asked my experience regarding writing and editing.
