1st round with HR.
2nd round was an assignment for a sales and marketing plan, which is very similar to what others have written in other reviews.
Very high suspicion that this is what the company does to fish for ideas. "Caveat emptor", consider the fact that others have gone through similar experiences and that they advertise for the same/similar role in such a short period of time.

Interview
Had a good interview with the director, and during my 2nd interview with the CEO, after coming from a funeral, I was grilled on how to deliver performance on events without much context or clarity on what the business's objective is. When asked about culture, they were told that they wanted a "result-driven, group of A-team performers". Which is funny, because they don't seem to have a clear direction on how to execute or move forward.
Please do not waste your time on this company. I interviewed and provided my marketing research as requested. It has been more than a month and no news from them. Not even acknowledgement of my assignment or rejection. Wasted my time.
