First step: The interviewer started the conversation with the company's mission and vision and proceeded with responsibilities of the job and didn't ask any structured questions like introduce yourself, salary expectations, notice period etc.
Then they sent a test of test gorilla which I successfully passed and invited for the third round which was technical with CTPO. He asked some technical questions which I answered correctly. But after 3 weeks they gave the feedback with a rejection. I really didn't understand if they already had decided to not move with me why they waste the time and didn't provide a solid reason.
