Manager interview only, no other managers, assistant managers, nurses, or people present during the interview. On-site in the unit. Manager is very cool, professional, knowledgeable, confident, kind, and understanding :-)

Ok, the interview process. Very straight forward, clear, and easy. Everyone was really helpful, especially the recruiter, mine had an awesome Australian accent. He set up an interview with the hiring mgr, an appointment for the health screen and got me onboard as an employee. From applying online to first day of employment was a matter of only less than 30 days.
Straightforward interview. A few scenario questions and discussion of my background. No panel, just the floor manager. Interview lasted about 40 minutes and received an offer the next day. Other interviews at Sutter have involved a panel of managers but otherwise were similar to this one.

It was a panel interview with managers and other staff nurses, conducted in person and on site. They each took turns asking questions, but overall, it was a really good experience.
