Disorganized, couldn’t even bother to feed the interviewee. We’re quite rude and very disorganized, should have taken the hint. My wife even said bad feelings about the place, but the largest salary offer of the four major systems.

Relaxed conversation with the interviewer as he took me around the hospital to meet our colleagues and department. At the end of the day I got to meet with many people and they got a feel for who I was.

Was 2 day process , also involved meeting and lunch with peers which was good to get questions answered. Went over the organization and answered questions and concerns. Also had chance to see clinic area and setting . Asked about skill set and expectation.
