Interview
It was over facetime. waited for a little bit in a virtual waiting room but the interview was 1 on 1. The questions that were asked wee pretty straight to the point. I think They just want to make sure you are qualified and serious about the position since you are working in health care.
It was about a couple of weeks, before you even get an answer. They dont even give you a reason on why they decline your application. They dont bother to get back to you either

Interview
Panel interview that included 6 people. They all take turns asking you questions and they reword some of the same questions to see how you would answer. Overall a good interview process
Very easy going, manager was presentable and asking easy to answer questions! Typically the manager and a few medical assistants will lead the inter view! ended interview with walk around the department
