Basic to mid level technical coding questions. Prepare the basic about any coding language you are interested in and make sure the project you build is what you put up on your resume for screening.

OOP, Execptions, C++ debugging, visual studio, Linux basic
It was a typical interview. I was asked about my previous positions, education and relevant quality assurance experience. There was a logic test at the end. I was introduced to the President and VP of Finance.

They gave me a logic test. There were a couple of questions on the test. It's type of test where you can't study for it beforehand.

Interview
Interviewed three times. At each interview I was asked for my salary expectations. When the offer came through they offered 10K less. A year later the manager who first interviewed me confessed that that's what Sweda always does- automatically offer you less that you asked for. They're proud of the fact that they can 'get away with' saving a few bucks.
