Applied on Linkedin. Talent manager messaged me on LinkedIn to set up a first stage interview with her. It went well.
2nd stage interview wasn't scheduled till 2 weeks later (apparently the team was on holiday). I was meant to be interviewed by three employees however only 1 showed up. I was told it was going to be a formal interview however it seemed very informal and disorganised. I asked about the next step and was told they are yet to decide what form the technical assesment might take (quite frustrating).
Didn't hear back for a week/two so I emailed the talent partner. After a week of not hearing back, I sent a follow up email in which she explained she forgot to send an email (her second time forgetting) to notify me another candiate had been chosen. They seemed a bit disorganised which is similar to reviews I read online. Very terrible process. Feedback also wasn't great.
