I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Swiss Ranks
Interview
Received phone call a day after direct email application, technical Director invited for interview in a few days time. The whole process lasted about two hours. Rejected the next day without any elaboration. When asked about the exact headquarter and CEO, interviewer dodged the question and appeared uneasy about the company link/involvement with Switzerland and/or being a Swiss company. Also, questions about the boss in Asia's HQ office here in SG went unanswered. Kind of dodgy indeed just like what the previous reviewer said here on Glassdoor.

Question 1
Technical competency about Mechatronics and my whole Mechanical Engineering degree overall.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Swiss Ranks (Singapore) in Mar 2019
Interview
DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY. Company out to leech ideas from interviewees through "project" given after first/second interview.
Went through three rounds of interview. First interview was fine, seemed like a startup company. Company HQ said to be based in Switzerland but no mention of Swiss employees/ projects. Company actually based in India and Philippines. Second interview was over the phone with the 'boss', Shan, where the project topic is given and proposed. One week deadline for project to be submitted. Company unable to provide specific JD for job offered.
Third interview was scheduled after project report was submitted. Interviewers were LATE for an hour and UNAPOLOGETIC, citing traffic as an excuse (location of company next to Seletar reservoir, interview scheduled at 7.30pm but interviewers arrived at 8.30pm by car). Third interview started with interviewer questioning " Are you uninterested in the position, or have no time to do the project or have difficulty understanding the project scope?". Which was followed by "Are you able to improve on the submission if given one more week? What if we give you one more month, will you be able to submit an improved version of your report? What if we pay you for the month, will you be able to submit an improved version?" However when asked what they found lacking on my submission and what they think should be included, they were unable to provide specifics and replied rudely that if there was any unsatisfaction on the submission it would only be on my part.
Company was unable to provide information on type of employees in company. Company was also unable to provide information on specific technical softwares used on the job. In all, a very dodgy company, beware, a total waste of time and effort.
