Lovely. Sit-down with owner to review my portfolio and have a lengthy conversation about process, projects, and how important personalities meshing in the (small) studio were. She ended up realizing she wanted an architect instead of designer on the team, but all interactions were respectful and pleasant.

The consisted of a sit down with the owner and project manager. They did not know anything about my work when I arrived. As if they hadn't looked over any of my portfolio or resume work.
