Synechron Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

The interview felt unfairly biased. The interviewer posed 'illogical' questions, like comparing index types with data constraints/rule, and consistently met every answer with a repetitive 'Why?' follow-up. It appeared that the interviewer was more interested in challenging the candidate's confidence than assessing their technical proficiency.

Interview was inperson. I visited their office at Vimannagar. It was a smooth process. Also had a client interview where client asked me to design system for ticketing system. I started with user flow diagram and covered all scenarios also he asked about SAGA pattern in Microservices
