Synechron Java interview questions

Very very worst interview panel don't know basics itself and asking questions, very worst. Asking about abstraction and interface, even explain the actual definition not convinced and after that wrote a real time program even after not telling wrong. If you are expecting some exact word tell directly i am expecting a important keyword, don't know how to take interview. If you already taken the candidate why are arranging interviews
