Interview
Got call when applied for a online posting, had a phone interview first and was asked basic questions regarding the job and my experience.
Soon called for in-person interview, met with 4 persons one by one, questions were related to job description and my prior experience. Nothing tough or unusual.
I was told later that hiring manager will proceed for referral check and background processing and let me know when its done. I was informed later that hiring manager went on leave, was dilly-dallied for 7 weeks like this (everyone in hiring went on leave one by one !!).
Ultimately I received offer from somewhere else and went for it. Their attitude was not professional and transparent.
Il processo di selezione si è svolto in due fasi. Il primo colloquio è stato con l'HR manager e verteva principalmente su domande generali riguardo alle esperienze lavorative passate e allo stack tecnologico utilizzato. Il secondo colloquio era di natura tecnica con il manager del team. Durante i colloqui sono state discusse la composizione dell'attuale team di lavoro e le versioni di Angular utilizzate in azienda.

- hr screening interview via phone call, very friendly guy and willing to explain the position in the degree he knows, etc.
- interview with technical/hiring manager, presentation of Ansys, team, and the role, + presentation of candidate background,
- 2 round of technical with the team (possibly back to back)
- final pre-offer hr call
