Synthflow interview questions

An extremely disappointing experience interviewing with Synthflow AI. The process was chaotic, unprofessional, and showed a complete disregard for candidates' time. Timeline: ~2 months from initial contact to final outcome Process breakdown: 1. Recruiter screening 2. Take-home coding assignment 3. Live coding interview → unexpectedly turned into system design/architecture without prior notice 4. Received rejection email 5. Immediately followed by: "previous email was sent by mistake" 6. Another live coding interview scheduled 7. CTO interview scheduled → cancelled 20 minutes before start time Key issues: - Extremely slow process with weeks of radio silence between steps - No clear agenda or expectations set before interviews - Contradictory communication — rejection sent, then retracted as "mistake" - Last-minute cancellation of final interview with CTO - No feedback provided at any stage I've interviewed with many companies and have never experienced such disrespectful treatment. Cancelling an interview 20 minutes before — especially after a 2-month process — shows a complete lack of professionalism. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine what it's like internally.
