System Social interview questions

The interview was an horrible experience. I was interviewed by the CEO I believe (Keith). When we were discussing what I was looking for in a job and I mentioned that I was ideally looking for a role that would develop from part-time to full-time. I reasoned this by confessing that I went through a burnout in my previous company that led me to a depression and that I needed some time to focus on my personal growth whilst working in a fulfilling job. This guy laughed in my face after the confession saying that its hilarious that people under 40 years old know what a burnout is. He said that 20 year olds have too much energy to reach burnout. This was absolutely disrespectful and I now understand why he said about 3 people left the company in the last few months. Do not work for this guy if you care about your wellbeing, he is not educated and has no respect for people that suffer from mental health.
