I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Apr 2012
Interview
It was a two-stage interview process. Since I came through a vendor, the vendor had a technical interview for me on Business Intelligence (BI) fundamentals. I passed that one and was called onsite, where I met with the Hiring Manager, the Team Lead and 2 Senior Analysts. I was asked questions about my resume, the data warehousing project I worked on , the tools I used and my approach towards project and analysis situations.
I needed to call the team lead to get into the interview area. When I called him, he did not answer and I had the security person escort me to the area. I thought this was very careless on the part of the interviewing company.

No technical questions
Recruiter was very helpful through the process
Very accommodating to your schedule
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2016
Interview
got Recruiter phone call during work without any kind of notice, and then an email from the same recruiter. I had a phone screening in the same week. After that I had 3 rounds of phone interviews, 2 different recruiting coordinators who always CALLED ME DURING WORK. I mean, I know you are a telecom company, but that doesn't grant you to call job candidates during work. I withdrew because I didn't think the culture is a fit for me.
So glad I don't have to pretend love T-mobile/would switch to T-Mobile soon, I do love ATT. I probably should have withdrawn earlier.
We appreciate your honest feedback and will be relaying it to the interview team. We know your time is valuable and always want to be respectful of our candidate’s schedules. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bothell, WA) in Jun 2016
Interview
This was a team/panel interview with 6 members of the team I would be working with in the interview. There were a few technical questions but more situational ones. They were more interested in my fit with the team than my technical qualifications. That was very refreshing.

Question 1
Once they found out that I liked golf in my free time, I was asked if "On a par five, would you rather be in a greenside bunker in three, or past the dogleg on your drive?" They followed that up with "Explain why you chose that answer."
