TACT Fostering & Adoption interview questions

Interviewed over Zoom. The two people that interviewed me were friendly and professional. The interview was competancy questions with some additional tasks to complete during the interview. To prepare, I would say suggest really thinking through some examples in your work life and being prepared to talk about them from fldifferent angles, depending on what they ask you.
