Interview
The selection process was relatively simple, consisting of an interview and an on-site assignment. It was a short task, which involved drafting a report. I had about 20 minutes to complete the assignment. TASR provided feedback within a few days, but I eventually declined the job offer because the salary was rather low.

The company wanted to know how flexible I was in terms of time, whether I would mind doing shifts and working weekends. They also wanted to know what media I follow and why I was applying for the job.
