Interview
There were many rounds of interviews. In the last round of interviews, they have you make a presentation and present in front of the ClinOps team. It is not common to be asked to complete a presentation for a CTA position (I wish I had known this before). The worst part is that they were interviewing other people at the same time. This company is not mindful of other people's time. Speaks a lot about their company culture. Looking back on it I am happy they decided to go with another candidate.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TCR2 Therapeutics (Cambridge, MA) in May 2022
Interview
I applied through staffing agency. The entire process took about six weeks from the initial contact to offer. I interviewed with the hiring manager, three cross functional staff members and the department VP. All discussions were polite, professional and regarding how the role will help other departments. As a first time manager I wasn't sure how many of the questions would be people management based - there were a few but a lot had to do with culture and being and SME in the department I'd be leading.

Interview
Interviewed with 8 different people plus had to make a 30 minute presentation. It was overkill, i was going to withdraw my application , but my wife convinced me not to.
After so many interviews and wasted time, TCR2 never reached out to let me know i was not chosen for the position, very unprofessional.
