I applied online. I interviewed at TELUS (London, ON) in Feb 2014
Interview
the interview went soo bad.
The question was
what are the testing methodologies? and they were expecting an answer like black box and white box.(Later changed the methodologies to types)
According to telus interviewer ,Strategies and methodologies are same in testing.
The only technical question worth the interview was the design patterns i have used in my previous project
Apart from these regular behavioral interview question like y telus y TLDP expectation in 3-5 n 10 years .
At last the obvious HAPPY NUMBERS ...

Question 1
1.testing methodologies
2.testing strategies
3.source control
4.design pattern for my project i have done.
Standard IT interview, coding, Q&A and so on. There are 2 rounds of interviews.
The TELUS TLDP interviewees were very inexperienced, all of them were only about 1.5 ~ 2 years old in TLDP program. I had never have experienced such a unseasoned interviewees because typically you would expect a director or a senior manager involved during new graduate hire process so I found this to be very awkward.
