In-person interview conducted by a team of HR specialists and Team Lead. They asked for my background and work experience. Also wanted to know my worth. Know if I can proof myself to become a Team Lead in future.

Very thorough - well thought out interview. interviewer was nice and experienced, pretty standard interview questions all around. there was also the ability to converse about the job and the responsibilities during and after the interview.

Interview
Interview questions were pretty straightforward, questions about why you should be hired, and what will you bring to the team. I gave them scenery of how have been of great helps to customers, have had over positive feedback from customers over the years.
They ask you typical questions about customer service and solving people's problems. As long as you have ears on your head you can answer the questions they give you. Usually they sit outside the store and do the interview. Be prepared to have distractions walking around you.
