I applied online, they called me 2 week after for the interview and I received news from them 1 week after. I talked with the store manager for the whole process, not with the HR.

Question 1
I went to the store for an interview with two store manager. They asked me basic sales question, like sell me this pen and give me an example where you had to deal with a customer's problem.
Very thorough - well thought out interview. interviewer was nice and experienced, pretty standard interview questions all around. there was also the ability to converse about the job and the responsibilities during and after the interview.

Interview
Interview questions were pretty straightforward, questions about why you should be hired, and what will you bring to the team. I gave them scenery of how have been of great helps to customers, have had over positive feedback from customers over the years.
They ask you typical questions about customer service and solving people's problems. As long as you have ears on your head you can answer the questions they give you. Usually they sit outside the store and do the interview. Be prepared to have distractions walking around you.
