Amazing process, two-stage interview with the HR Director, very warm lovely lady who had been a part of TFPL/ Suehill from its inception, she understood the culture and importance of representing this amazing organisation, and then with the Managing Director, Gentleman very funny and polite , the structure of both interviews were formal in nature easy-going about my CV and past experience.
