The HR is really unprofessional and unorganised.
I applied in September, and hear from them in November, ridiculous.
We agreed to have a phone call at 2:30, but she didn't call me on time.
I then wrote an email to her, 30 mins later she replied that she had to go out , and she wants to call me now.
I agreed to have a call now, even though she is 40 minutes late than the time we agreed.
The interview lasts for only 3 minutes, because I'm holding T4 student visa, and they don't provide any visa sponsorship , so didn't continue.
