Interview
The interview process was normal and average. The questions were basic and they made sure that I felt comfortable and the environment is very professional. It was not a difficult interview.

Question 1
They asked me about my background and why I would be a good fit for the role.
Three different interviews each with different person, second was panel. Everyone was very knowledgeable and nice. There are a lot of administrative assistant roles so it's important to know which group interviewing for. The hiring manager or talent team can explain.

Interview
Went through four rounds of interviews. First with the recruiter over the phone, next with a director over the phone, and the last two were in person with the hiring manager and regional manager.

Interview
It was a pretty basic interview. I first had a telephone screen interview, two in person interviews before getting an offer. The managers made it easy. Friendly environment and I was offered a position.
