3-part Interview Process. The first is fairly informal just to get to know you, the second is a deeper dive into the position with salary and job expectations and the last involves questions about why they should choose you.

I was originally applying for a brand manager position but after the interview, I realized that the position has nothing to do with it but rather a sales position. Then, the entire interview was basically the company trying to convince me that this is a great position. The guy who interviewed me is really nice though!
I was offered a position, but when I asked of an offer letter. They refused to give me one. So that was a huge red flag.

The first interview was a quick five minute phone screen. The second interview however was entirely about a sales scheme and nothing to do with what this position was supposed to be. I interrupted his presentation after twenty minutes to clarify the position I was interviewing for and we both decided since I'm not interested in sales that we should not waste either of our time. Hard pass on this company.
