Emailed resume and cover letter, received email invitation to schedule interview less than 2 weeks later, and interviewed about 2 weeks after submitting resume. Socially-distanced in-person interview at TLI offices with 4 employees, meeting with 2 at a time. Lasted approx 1 hour. Typical interview questions, seemed to go fine. I followed up by email about 2 weeks later and was told that they were still interviewing but would be done soon and would reach out to me. So 2 months after the interview and the only communication I have received was that reply to my first email followup. Received absolutely no response to a second follow up attempt 7 weeks after the interview. Not even a standard 'the position is filled' message. Ghosting a candidate that was interviewed in person seems unprofessional and rude.
