TSI Turbo Service International interview questions

The interview for this job was fine, and the lady who interviewed me seemed nice and it all seemed to go really well. When I left I was told I wouldn't have to wait too long for a decision. Over 3 weeks later, after emailing for feedback, I received an impersonal message to say I'd been unsuccessful. No reply to my request for feedback or any acknowledgement that they had kept me waiting with no communication. All in all not a great company to interview with
