The interview was very straightforward and they asked relevant questions to the job description. I felt that they were very transparent on the requirements of the role and we both were very interested in understanding if this was a good fit for the both of us.

Had a discussion on the technologies used.
Had a look around in the offices that need to be worked on before hiring.
Interview was based on trust which is great. That's admirable than most companies.
Interview wasn't anything out of the norm. Pretty general, they want to make sure you can sell. There was a same day offer made at the end of the interview
