Hiring and interview took about two weeks. The Area Coach was recently promoted and needing to fill the position really quickly. Questions were standard behavioral and situational questions about restaurant management. The final interview was panel interview involving the Market manager and a few other area coaches.

Typical questions surrounding leadership, analytical, and customer service skills. Some role playing is involved. Looking for mannerisms of professional behavior's/image and problem solving skills. Team building and light HR duties. I recommend that you negotiate salary during interview and sign a contract if relocating.

easy nothing to worry about. Advice, don't do it . Upper management is very under qualify. They do not like to teach, and I figure is because they don't know how to.

You go through a process of learning different things. They give the interview questions and they ask you at a career day. They want you to have hands on experience as well so you have to learn the material and prepare yourself for the best and the worst.
