The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Taiho Oncology (Princeton, NJ)
Interview
Great discussion with a recruiter - then followed by a long period (weeks) of silence. Then an invitation to come in, followed by another long period (weeks) of silence. Then another invitation to come in - several weeks into the future. Not even a discussion with the hiring manager. What?
Not sure what they are doing or what is going on there - but as the adage holds, if a company does not respect your time or provide common courtesy to their candidates - avoid it. This may be a sign of their culture.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Taiho Oncology
Interview
Got a call from HR after submitting resume. Phone interview in a couple of days with upper management then a F2F interview with 5-6 people. They offer the job within 2 weeks and then background check ( took a week). Once background check completed they sent online on-boarding paper work. Rest of the paperwork is completed onsite during orientation.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Taiho Oncology (New Brunswick, NJ) in Aug 2018
Interview
First phone contact. Then a screening with the department head. Then a panel interview. Then HR. It was fine. It was easy. You can do it. The interviewers were very nice and kept you at ease.
