The interview process was very quick and casual. I applied, got a call within 2 days to plan an "interview", went to the interview and was asked to swim some laps. After proving I could swim, they had me shadow some classes. Not much instruction was given other than to get in the pool and assist the instructor, so it was a little intimidating, but I think they mainly want you to prove you can be comfortable around children. From there, if you're still interested, they send you some paperwork about how they run the classes. It is level-based. All around, it was a very simple hiring process.
