Interview
The interview process consisted of a first chat with the head of TA, then an interview with the recruitment team in France.
If the interview with the head of TA was very interesting, I did not get the same feeling from the recruitment team who was more preoccupied by my results in a company where I have worked 7 years ago than my actual skills, personality and what I could bring to their team. Very cold and underwhelming interview.
The interview was five months ago and that the last I've heard from them. They never bothered coming back to me to discuss feedback or even have the curtesy to send me an email to tell that I have been unsuccessful.
I found it pretty funny to basically be told that I wasn't good enough to join a team by a company that clearly doesn't know much about Candidate experience.
I am personally very sorry for your experience as I believe it was with me! At Talend, we are prioritizing our candidate experience and look to treat every candidate, hired or not, with the utmost respect. This said, we are not perfect and will continue on our journey to accomplish our objective.
