I recently had an in-person interview with Tanner Hill Associates in Toronto, and overall, it was a positive experience. The two interviewers were very friendly and approachable, which made the conversation feel more like a discussion than a formal interview. During the interview, I was also given a test to showcase my AutoCAD skills, which I found to be a great opportunity to demonstrate my proficiency. While I felt the interview went well and was able to highlight my strengths, I received an email three days later informing me that they had decided to hire another candidate whose skills were more closely aligned with their needs for the position. While I was disappointed, I appreciate the professional and considerate way the process was handled. Overall, it was a great experience to learn more about the company and the role, and I value the feedback I received.
