Interview
The interview process divided by 2 sessions, one with direct users, and one with above direct user level. All the sessions are accompanied by HR.
Before the interview, they gave a task to complete within 2 hours (you can choose when to do it). It is an overall plan that you have in mind for the organization.
All and all, it was a neutral interview. Not really focusing on the job description but at this level its more on how you focus on the task given and each day with a lot to do, also most importantly how to manage stakeholders.

Why did you think of doing all the plans in your task for this organization?
The first screening was with HR. An HR staff called to ask a few preliminary questions followed by an interview with the user. Interview with the user (1 person) and HR rep sat in to introduce the candidate and sat in throughout the process. Both the phone call with HR and the interview were around 1hr.

the interview was quite short, because i am one of Tanoto Scholars so they already know my quality. It's just a little bit relaxed. They only want to know our experiences as an ambassador and what could we contribute to them
