I heard back about 2 weeks after applying. My skills matched the qualifications on the job posting pretty closely. I had a great interview with the hiring manager, and thought for sure I would be hearing back about a second interview. I really liked what I had learned about the organization and was eager to join the team. Welp, I never heard back. Tried following up as well and didn't get a response. Don't you just love the ghosting part of job applications? A simple "thanks, but no thanks" takes about 30 seconds to write.
