I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2016
Interview
Interview was exactly as previous posters have reviewed, first went in and was directed to a kiosk to take a test, then waited for interviewer to come and meet me. Was interviewed by two separate people, both very pleasant, but you could tell the process was scripted, as it was pretty much the same as others who had interviewed with Target described.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
