Interview
Was bored one day and decided to apply at the kiosk while waiting for the my prescription in the pharmacy. About a week after applying I received a phone call from an HR team member for an interview for the servide desk position . After waiting a while I was invited to the management office for a one on one interview with the Guest Service Team Leader. The Question were mostly the tell me about a time when kind. After the first interview I was invited to the back for an interview with the Softlines Executive Team Leader. Who asked basicly the same questions. And made an offer soon afterwards pending the results of a drug test. And told to arrive promptly noon the following week.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
