It was a phone interview and then a second in-person interview. The questions were premade and very easy to answer if you have a lot of good examples. They're mainly looking for friendly people to uplift the rest of the team.

If we asked your last employer what your main weakness was, what would it be?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
