I applied through other source. I interviewed at Target (Pomona, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Very easy-going. Interviewers are extremely friendly and baby you through the process. Just have a few good stories you can use for a few questions that demonstrate your ability to adapt and overcome. If you're prepared and extra bubbly and you'll do fine.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time..." They all involve developing team members, delivering negative feedback, handling a distraction, etc.
starts with an online application, and if I'm a good fit, I'll receive a phone screening. If I pass that, I'll be invited to an in-person interview, likely with a hiring manager and possibly other team members. I'll prepare questions to ask about the role and the team, and I'll be ready to discuss my experiences and how they align with the position
Easy for the most part! especially if you have prior customer support experience. Most questions were situational questions. They do ask about your background. I enjoyed the interview experience for the most part.
