You apply online via the website and someone from HR will contact you if they want to set up an interview. The first person to interview me was the head of HR at the store. Then I immediately went through a second interview with a supervisor who worked on the sales floor.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
