I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Harrisonburg, VA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Everyone was very nice and friendly. There were three rounds of interviews. All behavioral questions. The questions were very customer service orientated so if you don't have a background in that it could be difficult thinking of examples.
