the interview process was lengthy including a phone interview, in-person interview, and a test at a computer. they seemed thorough and friendly, but the process did seemed a bit overkill for the position that I applied to.

If a customer is looking for a product but is having trouble describing it, what would you do?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Tell us about a time when you had to interact with customers
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
