Interview
It was very quick and a group interview with 5 ofther potential employees and it was decided the same day if i got the job. I really liked the application and interview process.

Question 1
They basically asked what i could bring to the company and what my flaws were.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.

How to handle certain situations that would happen in the real world revolving around a customer.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
