Be reedy to explain your resume if you are not right out of college and appear to be young. Target is a young looking company and likes to hire young professionals.
Have questions ready to ask after the interview, have two main questions that are generic and not to deep.

Basic retail store questions such as what did you do to go above and beyond for a customer. What would you do if a team member or manager is saying something you don't like (assessing team-playing skills).

Interview
The interview process mainly has situational based questions. It takes around 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Deep dive into past experience and the cultural fit is what is primarily checked.
