Interview
Asynchronous video interview first. Around 10 questions. About a minute to prepare before you start recording your answer. 3 chances to record each answer. After the video interview, you will be asked to come into the store. You will meet with a team lead or an HR representative who will walk you around the store while asking questions and explaining the everyday operations to you. You will then sit down for about 30 minutes. This is where you will be offered a job or not.
