I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Des Moines, IA) in Jun 2013
Interview
I applied at midnight, 10 hours later I got a call back. The interview process was fairly easy; the GSTL asked me a few questions then the LOD talked to me. I got a job offer on the spot. They do drug screening and you must do the drug screening within 24 hours or you don't get offered the position.

Question 1
What does customer service mean to you?
Tell me a time when you and an employee didn't get along.
Tell me a time when you had to get several jobs to do at once, how did Manage it?
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
