I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Bakersfield, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Went through about six different interviews and had to pass all of them before having to interview with the District Team Leader. They are picky they don't just give the job to anyone you have to show that you've done your research and really prepared for the interviews and that you are passionate about Target.
