Super easy virtual interview. Was emailed link to do virtual interview through hirevue. A few days later I got a call offering me the position. It was a fairly quick process and the hr team was super friendly.
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.
